* Apply Hand wash as and when you move out and come in and also sanitise hands whenever required.
* Along with fresh vegetables and fruits, eat nuts, sprouts and salads.
* Make sure you get a balanced diet, as often as possible.
* Drink as much water as possible.
* Tobacco and drugs should be an absolute no.
* Maintain a healthy weight.
* Exercise at least four days a week for 20 to 30 minutes each day.
* Try to get as much physical activity as you can. Skip the elevators and take the stairs.
* Wake up early to practise simple meditation.
* Get adequte rest daily.
* Get regular health check-ups done.
